I have been remiss in not writing sooner to tell you how pleased we were with the work that Gary and Rob did at our house on February 19th.  The re-routing of the cable for the television went much more smoothly (and invisibly) than I could have hoped.  And all the rest of the work was performed in a quietly efficient manner that was truly impressive.  The guys were great: cheerful, pleasant, competent and low-key.  They were everything that people want anyone doing work in their home to be like, but so seldom are.  My wife and I are very appreciative.

It was unfortunate that the TV itself was damaged and that they were not able to complete the set-up, but that was certainly not on them.  We were able to replace the TV the next day, and all has been well since.  Thank you for a job well done.  Please express our gratitude to Gary and Rob.
